COUNTRY STORE INFORMATION 2017
If you haven't already done so please see me at club to pick up your vendor number, tags, merchandise logs, pins, etc. I would like to have everyone accounted for by next week, the 28th. I will continue to bring tags and logs in case you need more.
Wednesday, July 19th - Merchandise check-in Lodge lobby.
8:30 for those helping with check-in who are also a vendor.
9:00 for general vendor check-in.
10:00 for transport vehicles.
Be sure to have you bins clearly marked with vendor number and at least part of your name. Example either Sherry N or S Nagel. We will need these in large print so we can read from several feet away. Labeled on three sides, lid, narrow and long sides of every bin.
Thursday, July 20th. Country Store set-up.
9:30 transport vehicles arrive.
10:30 Country Store set-up. You have time beforehand to turn in your show and AQS quilts.
3:00 cashier training. Still in need of cashiers. Please consider signing up.
4:00-5:00 member shopping and cashier practice.
Discounting merchandise:
Two times available. Please bring your own red pen. Pick up your merchandise logs. You need to clearly mark both the tickets and the logs in red. Be sure to return your merchandise logs.
Saturday, July 22nd, 5:00-5:30.
Sunday, July 23rd, 9:30-10:00am.
Sunday, July 23rd. Country Store take-down.
4:30 bring bins in from locker room.
Transport vehicles at the ready.
No quilt return until everything is ready for storage.
Tuesday, July 25th, Recount Team
10:30am. Looks like we will be meeting at my house. I'll send directions as we get closer.
Wednesday, July 26th, 9:30, Merchandise return.
Transporters bring in merchandise bins to Lodge lobby.
Vendors can pick up your bins at this time.
Club Treasurer will issue checks as she gets them completed.
IF you will be unable to pick up your bins, please let me know. I will keep them at my house. Also, please let me know IF someone else is picking up your bins for you.
