Nancy Wilcox - Kaffe Fassett applique. I changed the border and used my larger hexagons for the flowers and cornerstones. I like the juxtaposition of the hard-edge hexagons with the curved applique. The background is grey dots and a pistachio shape. It’s been waiting for me in my queue of quilts I have wanted to do. It just makes me happy. My color palette has changed since we moved to Washington.

Picture
Peggy St. George - Covid Corvid, with bling and all! I created the background then figured out what to put on top!
Picture
Peggy St. George - I made this quilt from blocks hand pieced by my mother-in-law who lived in South Texas. I believe most of the fabrics were scraps from clothing she made. I gave it to her granddaughter. Mary Ann Clayton quilted it.
